An appreciation of Margaret Sinclair

Those of us who knew Margaret may enjoy these words from Vincent Kalua, Education Director,  at CCAP Mzuzu.

Dear William,

I am so grateful to God for sending Margaret’s parents to us. They did a good job which is so remarkable and remembered up to now. We still hear words of appreciation from our grandparents about the servants of God who ministered to the natives in those days. It was very easy for Margaret to just move on and leave us alone in our troubles since she was a distance from her parents, especially her mother who died while she was very young. However, she thought it wise to come in and help us to keep our girls in school. Through this MMF, many girls have attained education and we always pray for the ministry and celebrate this success.

Her death was something that couldn’t just go without catching our attention. We gathered to remember this woman of faith and pray together as we all appreciated and still appreciate the great job she set for us.

She has done a good and very exclusively remarkable job that calls for a vote of thanks.

We gathered at her mother and brother’s graves to join you as you laid her remains to rest.

We will remember her and will always emulate her example in the Service of the Lord. She carried her cross and followed the Lord faithfully. She finished the race.

May her Soul Rest in Peace.

Your brother,

By His Grace,
